Before a company hands you a yacht without a skipper, it wants to see your experience. The Moorings, in its requirements for Tahiti:
If you do not hold a recognised sailing licence, we will also accept a completed Resume to ensure you have the necessary experience required to charter yourself.
It states its experience levels in days and miles, for example:
At least 9 days and 100 miles as skipper on an equivalent size yacht

Your résumé lists every voyage you logged with a role on it, newest first: the dates, the boat with its model, length and hull type, whether you were skipper or crew, the countries of the ports of call and the sea areas, the distance, the days at sea and the night hours. Above them are your totals, overall, as skipper and as crew. Choose a role and a date range, then print it or save it as a PDF from your browser.
The figures are computed from the GPX tracks and entries you logged. Nobody else has verified them, and the printed page says so.
Attach it to, or use it to fill in, the company's own form. The company decides what it accepts.
